Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio
Ana Kristina Gasteyer (born January 1 1977) is an American performer and comedian. Her fame was forged by her stint as a star on the NBC comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live in 1996-2002. Since then, she has appeared in sitcoms such as ABC's Suburgatory and TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto as well as the film Mean Girls. Gasteyer's professional career started in Northwestern University. She originally enrolled in a vocal major but switched to theater after becoming involved in the university comedy club. The same spirit has accompanied her through a number of roles supporting including the intimidating Sheila Shay on Suburgatory and the zany Karen Grisham (agent) on Lady Dynamite. The whole thing has lead towards American Auto, the NBC comedy that gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring character. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She was a part of television series, films and telenovelas such as the HBO television series Eastbound & Down and Capadocia the Amazon television show Goliath as well as the comedy Nacho Libre. Reguera was raised in Veracruz, Mexico. Nena la Reguera's mother had been Miss Veracruz. Nena also worked as a journalist. Reguera trained in classical ballet in the Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura and went on to study the performance arts.
